·Chardonnay Varietal Caliboro ·  (2014 Vintage)

Our Chardonnay Varietal is harvested in our own vineyard. The grapes are cold fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C. The process takes approximately 3 weeks.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow in color, the wine delivers intense aromas of tropical fruit, pineapples and papaws.The mouth is fresh and light, with a balanced acidity.

An ideal pairing for mild seafood and fatty fish. Ideally serve at a temperature of 11-13°C.
